Shipping policy

1. Delivery areas

GREENECLAT SAS delivers to mainland France. For delivery requests to any other destination, contact us at info@greeneclat.com. Available destinations and costs are shown when you confirm your order.

2. Delivery costs

Shipping is free from the 1 L format upwards. For other formats, delivery costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed, based on the contents of the cart and the delivery address.

3. Delivery times

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time is shown when you confirm your order. Delivery times run from dispatch and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

4. Order tracking

A dispatch confirmation email, together with a tracking number where applicable, is sent to you as soon as your order is taken over by the carrier.

5. Receipt

On receipt, we invite you to check the condition of the parcel and to report any issue (damaged parcel, missing product) as soon as possible at info@greeneclat.com.

6. Delivery delay or problem
