Refund and withdrawal policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To exercise it, send us an unambiguous statement at info@greeneclat.com, or use the model form provided in our Terms of sale.

2. Returning products

You must return the products without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of communicating your decision to withdraw. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

3. Refunds

We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the date on which we are informed of your decision. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order. We may defer the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of shipment.

4. Damaged, defective or non-conforming product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@greeneclat.com, attaching photographs if possible. You benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), detailed in our Terms of sale.
